dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práca je zameraná na projekt financovania investičného zámeru Zníženia energetickej náročnosti Materskej školy. Práca sa skladá z dvoch základných častí, a to z teoretickej a praktickej časti. Teoretická časť popisuje základné pojmy, ktoré definujú územnú samosprávu, hospodárenie a rozvoj obcí, jednotlivé ukazovatele finančnej analýzy, popis projektu a spôsoby jeho financovania. Praktická časť je aplikovaná na konkrétny projekt v obci Lazy pod Makytou. Odporučenie realizácie projektu vychádza z analýzy hospodárenia obce, ktoré bolo realizované prostredníctvom ukazovateľov finančnej analýzy a analýzy rozpočtu. Praktická časť ďalej popisuje projekt s odporučením na najvhodnejší spôsob financovania.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The thesis is focused on project of Financing the Investment Plan of the Reducing the Energy Intensity of the Nursery. The thesis is divided into two basic parts the theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part describes the basic concepts that define local authorities, the management and development of municipalities, the various indicators of financial analysis, the description of the project and the way how it could be financed. The practical part is applied to a specific project in the village Lazy pod Makytou. The recommendation for the implementation of the project is based on an analysis of the municipality's management, which is the result of a financial analysis and budgetary analysis. The practical section further describes the project with a recommendation on the most appropriate method of financing.
