dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na analýzu reportingového a controllingového systému ve vybrané společnosti, která v nedávné době prošla fúzí. Analýza systému byla provedena před i po fúzi společností. Podstatou řešení bylo zefektivnění systému reportingu a controllingu ve společnosti a zvýšení jeho přínosnosti řídícím pracovníkům. Navržené řešení obsahuje úpravu reportingového systému, díky níž je snížena potřeba manuální práce. Přínosem této práce je zefektivnění podnikových procesů a upozornění na možná rizika.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This thesis is focused on the analysis of reporting and controlling systems in a given company that recently underwent a merger. Analysis of the system was performed before and after the merger took place. The main goal was to increase the efficiency of reporting and controlling systems and improve their usefulness to the company management. The suggested solution aims at a change in the reporting system thanks to which less manual labour will be needed. The benefits of this thesis are streamlining the business processes and a warning of the possible risks.
