dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce je zaměřena na optimalizaci vybraných logistických procesů ve skladě hořlavin v Continental Barum s.r.o. V teoretické části jsou objasněny pojmy z oblasti skladování, řízení zásob a logistiky za pomoci odborné literatury. Analyticko-empirická část je zaměřena na analýzu současného stavu a optimalizaci logistických procesů na daném pracovišti. V závěru jsou navržena a částečně implementována opatření, která povedou k optimalizaci vybraných logistických procesů. Opatření byla navržena na základě využití Spaghettiho diagramu a metody 5S.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The thesis is focused on the optimization of selected logistic processes in the warehouse of fuels in Continental Barum s.r.o. In the theoretical part, the concepts of warehousing, inventory management and logistics are explained with the help of specialized literature. The analytical-empirical part is focused on the analysis of the current state and optimization of logistics processes at the given workplace. Finally, measures are proposed and partially implemented that will lead to the optimization of the selected logistics processes. The measures were proposed based on the use of the Spaghetti diagram and the 5S method.
