dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou sociálních služeb s důrazem na oblast terénní osobní asistence pro seniory. Práce se soustřeďuje ne úskalí osobní asistence pohledem asistentek v terénu. Diplomová práce je členěna na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části vymezuje teoretická východiska související s problematikou sociálních služeb. Praktická část se zabývá výzkumem s cílem zjistit, jak osobní asistentky vnímají úskalí spojená s poskytováním služeb v domácnosti seniorů.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The diploma thesis deals with the issue of social services with an emphasis on the field of personal assistance for the elderly. The work focuses on the pitfalls of personal assistance from the perspective of field assistants. The diploma thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part defines the theoretical basis related to the issue of social services. The practical part deals with research to find out how personal assistants perceive the difficulties associated with providing services in the senior´s houses.
