dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá životem a dílem zakladatelky moderního ošetřovatelství Florence Nightingalové a jejím vlivem na vývoj ošetřovatelské profese. Práce je strukturována do dvou celků, teoretického a praktického. Teoretická část tvoří pohled na vývoj ošetřovatelství s akcentem na období Florence Nightingalové, její dílo a přínos pro světové ošetřovatelství. V praktické části byla použita kvantitativní metoda výzkumného šetření, technika dotazníku. Kde jsme zjišťovali, co ví všeobecné sestry o Florence Nightingale a jak podle respondentů její osobnost ovlivnila obor ošetřovatelství. Hlavní cíl byl naplněn s pomocí tří dílčích cílů. Zjistili jsme, že všeobecné sestry mají znalosti a vědí, kdo byla Florence Nightingalová.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor thesis deals with the life and work of the founder of modern nursing Florence Nightingale and her influence on the development of the nursing profession. The work is structured into two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part is a look at the development of nursing with an emphasis on the Florence Nightingale period, her work and contribution to world nursing. In the practical part, a quantitative method of research was used, the technique of a questionnaire, where did we find out what the general nurses knew about Florence Nightingale and how, according to the respondents, her personality influenced the field of nursing. The main goal was fulfilled with the help of three sub-goals. We found out that the general nurses have knowledge and know who Florence Nightingale was.
