dc.description.abstract	Cílem mé práce je přiblížit široké i odborné veřejnosti základní suroviny, které se k míchání nápojů používají, náčiní, se kterým barmani pracují a samozřejmě také samotné míšené ná-poje, jejich druhy a příležitosti, při kterých se podávají. Praktickou částí práce pak bude uvést základní pravidla při hodnocení soutěží a návrh no-vých druhů míchaných nápojů.	cs
