dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zabývá postupnými kroky vedoucími k založení nestátního zdravotnického zařízení oboru rehabilitace v Jihomoravském kraji. Je členěna do dvou částí - teoretické a praktické. Teoretická část popisuje samotný obor rehabilitace, vymezuje podmínky pro podnikání ve zdravotnictví dle platné legislativy a definuje základní prvky podnikatelského plánu. Praktická část je dále rozdělena na část analytickou a část projektovou. Analytická část zahrnuje rozbor a zhodnocení podnikatelského prostředí, ve kterém bude rehabilitační zařízení vznikat a také průzkumné šetření u klientů využívajících služby rehabilitace přímo v okresu Hodonín. Projektová část již obsahuje samotný návrh založení rehabilitačního centra ve zmíněné lokalitě.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The thesis deals with the succesive steps leading to the establishment of private health care facility in the field of rehabilitation in the South Moravian Region. It is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical. The theoretical part describes the field of rehabilitation, defines the conditions for doing business in health care according to applicable legislation and defines the basic elements of a business plan. The practical part is further divided into an analytical part and a project part. The analytical part includes an analysis and evaluation of the business environment in which the rehabilitation facility will be established, as well as an exploratory survey of clients using rehabilitation services directly in the Hodonín district. The project part already contains the proposal for the establishment of a rehabilitation center in the mentioned locality.
