dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce je zaměřena na zlepšení adaptačního procesu ve společnosti Explicit Invest s. r. o. Práce je rozdělena do tří částí, na teoretickou, praktickou a projektovou část. V teoretické části diplomové práce je vypracována literární rešerše ke konkrétní personální činnosti - adaptace a s ní souvisejícím vzdělávání zaměstnanců. Následně jsou formulována teoretická východiska, ze kterých vychází zpracování praktické části diplomové práce. V praktické části je zpracována analýza současného stavu adaptačního procesu ve vybrané společnosti. V této části bylo pro sběr dat využito polo standardizovaných interview a dotazníkové šetření. Získané výsledky z těchto analýz sloužily jako východiska pro tvorbu projektu vedoucího ke zlepšení současného adaptačního procesu ve vybrané společnosti. Navržený projekt byl podroben časové, nákladové a rizikové analýze.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The thesis is focused on improving the adaptation process in the Explicit Invest s. r. o. The thesis is divided into three parts, theoretical, practical and project part. In the theoretical part of the thesis, a literature search is prepared on a specific personnel activity - adaptation and related employee training. Subsequently, the theoretical background is formulated, which is the basis for the practical part of the thesis. In the practical part, an analysis of the current state of the adaptation process in the selected company is prepared. In this part, semi-standardized interviews and a questionnaire survey were used for data collection. The results obtained from these analyses served as a basis for the elaboration of the project leading to the improvement of the current adaptation process in the selected company. The proposed project was subjected to time, cost and risk analysis.
