dc.description.abstract	Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na návrh layoutu nové výrobní haly. Cílem je navrhnout layout, který zjednoduší a zrychlí materiálové toky. Diplomovou práci tvoří teoretická, analytická a projektová část. V teoretické části jsou zpracovány teoretické poznatky z průmyslového inženýrství se zaměřením na layout, které slouží jako podklad pro analytickou část. Pro zjištění současného stavu jsou použité metody pozorování, měření a špagetový diagram, které odhalí nedostatky v současném layoutu. V analytické části jsou popsána všechna pracoviště a skladové prostory firmy. V projektové části je na základě analýzy navržen nový layout, který zkracuje materiálové toky uvnitř firmy. Na závěr je navrhovaný stav zhodnocen.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This diploma thesis focuses on the design of a new production hall. The aim of the thesis is to design a layout that simplifies and speeds up material flow. The thesis consists of theoretical, analytical and project part. The theoretical part deals with knowledge of industrial engineering with a focus on layout, which forms the basis for the analytical part. In it, all workplaces and warehouses of the company are analyzed. In the project part, based on the analysis, a new layout is designed, which shortens the material flow within the company. Finally, the proposed layout is evaluated.
