dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou diagnostiky močové inkontinence u žen a úlohou sestry při jednotlivých diagnostických metodách. Cílem práce bylo zjistit validitu dotazníku v porovnání s urodynamickým vyšetřením při určování typu inkontinence a nalezení pomůcky, která usnadní diagnostiku typu močové inkontinence v praxi. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí - na část teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část popisuje a definuje vyšetřovací metody využívané při diagnostice močové inkontinence, anatomii dolních cest močových a svalů pánevního dna, fyziologii a patofyziologii dolních cest močových, klasifikaci močové inkontinence a léčbu. Praktická část obsahuje rozbor výsledků použitého dotazníku a urodynamiky včetně jejich komparace.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of diagnosis of urinary incontinence in women and the role of the nurse in the various diagnostic methods. The aim of the thesis was to determine the validity of a questionnaire in comparison with urodynamic examination in determining the type of incontinence and to find a tool that will facilitate the diagnosis of the type of urinary incontinence in practice. The thesis is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical. The theoretical part describes and defines the examination methods used in the diagnosis of urinary incontinence, anatomy of the lower urinary tract and pelvic floor muscles, physiology and pathophysiology of the lower urinary tract, classification of urinary incontinence and treatment. The practical part includes an analysis of the results of the questionnaire and urodynamics used, including their comparison.
