dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce pojednává o sociální opoře u rodin s dětmi s diagnostikovaným chronickým onemocněním diabetes mellitus 1. typu. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části a to na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část se zabývá popisem onemocnění diabetes mellitus 1. typu, jeho diagnostikou, léčbou a komplikacemi spojenými s tímto onemocněním. Dále teoretická část popisuje dítě, rodinu a změny, které nastávají po diagnostice onemocnění. Posledním bodem teoretické části je popis pojmu sociální opora. Praktická část využívá kvalitativní výzkum, jehož data byla získána s použitím polostrukturovaného rozhovoru. Praktická část přináší zkušenosti rodin s fungováním sociální opory v rámci rodiny, školy, mateřské školy, diabetologické ambulance a pacientské organizace.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor thesis deals with social support for families with children diagnosed with chronic type 1 diabetes mellitus. The work is divided into two parts: the theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part deals with the description of type 1 diabetes mellitus, its diagnosis, treatment and complications associated with this disease. Furthermore, the theoretical part describes the child, family and changes that occur after the diagnosis of the disease. The last point of the theoretical part is a description of the concept of social support. The practical part uses qualitative research, whose data were obtained using a semi-structured interview. The practical part brings the experience of families with the functioning of social support within the family, school, kindergarten, diabetology clinic and patient organization.
