dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce je zaměřena na problematiku odpadového hospodářství ve vybrané firmě působící v České republice. Cílem práce je optimalizace odpadového hospodářství dané firmy. Teoretická část práce se týká poznatků o odpadovém hospodářství, životního prostředí, legislativy v České republice a environmentálních nástrojů. V praktické části práce je analyzován současný stav odpadového hospodářství ve vybrané firmě. Na základě zhodnocení situace odpadového hospodářství ve firmě jsou navržena opatření a doporučení vedoucí k optimalizaci odpadového hospodářství.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The diploma thesis is focused on the issue of waste management in a selected company operating in the Czech Republic. The aim of the thesis is to optimize the waste management of the company. The theoretical part of the thesis concerns knowledge about waste management, environment, legislation in the Czech Republic and environmental instruments. The practical part of the thesis analyses the current state of waste management in the selected company. Based on the evaluation of the waste management situation in the company, measures and recommendations leading to the optimization of waste management are proposed.
