dc.description.abstract	Cílem diplomové práce je navržení layoutu nové výrobní haly ve vybrané společnosti. Nové prostory by měly zvýšit objem výroby a konkurenceschopnost firmy. Podkladem pro zpracování projektu je teoretická část práce, která je zaměřená na metody průmyslového inženýrství, štíhlou výrobu, tvorbu layoutů a rozmístění pracovišť. Dílčím cílem bylo analyzovat současný stav a na základě pozorování navrhnout zlepšení pro stávající výrobní halu.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The aim of the diploma is to design the layout of a new production hall in a selected company. The new facility should increase the production volume and competitiveness of the company. The basis for the project is the theoretical part of the thesis, which focuses on industrial engineering methods, lean manufacturing, layout design and workplace layout. The sub-objective was to analyze the current state of the manufacturing and to suggest improvements for the existing production hall based on the observations.
