dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou ošetřovatelské péče o pacienta s tracheostomií v dlouhodobé intenzivní péči. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části jsou charakterizovány pojmy tracheostomie, tracheostomická kanyla, ošetřovatelská péče o pacienta s tracheostomií, komunikace s tracheostomovaným pacientem, dlouhodobá intenzivní péče. V praktické části jsou popsány výsledky výzkumu, který byl proveden formou dotazníkového šetření. Dotazník byl určen všeobecným sestrám, sestrám se specializací pro ARO/JIP, zdravotnickým záchranářům pracujícím na dlouhodobé intenzivní péči ve vybraných nemocnicích v České republice.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor's thesis is focused on a long-term intensive nursing care of patients with tracheostomy. The thesis is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical. The theoretical part describes terms: tracheostomy, tracheostomy tube, nursing care of patient with trachestomy, communication with patient with tracheostomy, long term intensive care. The practical part summarizes results of the research. The research was accomplished with questionaries. The questionary was addressed to general nurses, nurses with intensive care specialization, rescue workers in long term intensive care in chosen hospitals in the Czech Republic
