dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zabývá souběhem vysokoškolského studia a pracovní povinnosti v době pandemie Covid-19. Blíže se práce zaměřuje na studium distanční formou a jeho vnímání z pohledu studentů vysokých škol. Teoretická část je rozdělena do čtyř kapitol. První kapitola definuje vysoké školy, studium na nich, trendy v českém vysokém školství, kvalitu vysokých škol a motivaci ke studiu. V druhé kapitole je popsána digitalizace vzdělávání na vysokých školách, distanční vzdělávání a e-learning. Ve třetí kapitole je definováno onemocnění Covid-19 a koronavirová pandemie. V poslední části třetí kapitoly je popsáno, jak koronavirová pandemie ovlivnila vzdělávání na vysokých školách. Čtvrtá kapitola teoretické části se zabývá studenty vysokých školy a jejich přístupy k učení, vliv pandemie na vzdělávání a dopadem pandemie na studenty vysokých škol. Cílem tohoto výzkumy bylo zjistit, jak probíhal souběh vysokoškolského studia a pracovní povinnosti během pandemie Covid-19. V závěru práce jsou zveřejněny výsledky výzkumu.

dc.description.abstract-translated	Thesis eals eith the confluence of university studies and work duties during the covid-19 pandemic. The work focuses more closely on distance learning and it´s perception from the perspective of university students. The theoretical part is divided into four chapters. The first chapter defines universities, their studies, trends in Czech higher education, the quality of universities and the motivation to study. The seconf chapter describes the digitisation of higher education, distance learning and e- learning. The third chapter defines Covid-19 disease and the coronavirus pandemic. The final part of the third chapter describes how the coronavirus pandemic has affected education in universities. The fourth chapter of the theoretical part deals with university students and their approaches to learning, the effect of the pandemic on education and the impact of the pandemic on university students. The aim of this research was to find out how the confluence of university studies and work duties took place during the Covid-19 pandemic. Concurrence of higher education and work obligations at the time of the covid-19 pandemic. The results of the research are published at the end of the work.
