dc.description.abstract	Práce objasňuje úlohu a postavení Armády České republiky jako ostatní složky integrovaného záchranného systému. Popisuje právní úpravu koordinace složek při přípravě na mimořádné události a při provádění záchranných a likvidačních prací. Teoretická část se zabývá integrovaným záchranným systémem, ozbrojenými silami České republiky, Armádou České republiky, mimořádnými událostmi a krizovými stavy. V praktické části je řešeno samotné využití sil a prostředků armády při řešení mimořádných událostí. Zhodnoceny jsou schopnosti při řešení mimořádných událostí a nasazení na jižní Moravě po tornádu. Dále je hodnocena závažnost rizik účinků tornáda. K analytickému šetření je užito metody SWOT a KARS. Výstupem jsou zde navržena doporučení ke zlepšení současného stavu.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The thesis clarifies the role and position of the Army of the Czech Republic as other components of the integrated rescue system. It describes the legal regulation of coordination of components in preparing for emergencies and in carrying out rescue and liquidation work. The theoretical part deals with the integrated rescue system, the Armed Forces of the Czech Republic, the Army of the Czech Republic, emergencies and crisis situations. The practical part deals with the use of military forces and resources in dealing with emergencies. Abilities in dealing with emergencies and deploying in South Moravia after a tornado are evaluated. Furthermore, the severity of the risks of tornado effects is evaluated. The SWOT and KARS methods are used for the analytical survey. The output here is a recommendation to improve the current situation.
