dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce je zaměřena na hodnocení efektivnosti investičního projektu v obchodní korporaci a návrh jeho financování. Na základě literární rešerše jsou vysvětleny základní pojmy spojené s investicí, jejím hodnocením a také riziky, které s sebou nese. Praktická část práce zahrnuje vnější a vnitřní podmínky hospodaření obchodní korporace a za pomoci benchmarkingu byla srovnána s konkurenty. V dalším kroku je plánovaná investice popsána, jsou stanoveny vstupní parametry a následně je podrobena hodnocení pomocí metod, které uvádějí vhodnost jejího přijetí. Závěr je tvořen financováním investičního projektu a rizikovou analýzou.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The diploma thesis is focused on the evaluation of the effectiveness of an investment project in business corporation and the proposal of its financing. Based on the literature search, the basic concepts associated with the investment, its evaluation and also the risks involved are explained. The practical part of the thesis includes external and internal management conditions of business corporation and with the help of benchmarking was compared with competitors. In the next step, the planned investment is described, the input parameters are determined and the it is evaluated using methods that indicate the suitability of its adoption. The conclusion consists of financing the investment project and risk analysis.
