dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce pojednává o Záchranném útvaru Hasičského záchranného sboru České republiky se zaměřením na personální a materiální vybavení jednotlivých záchranných rot a jeho fungování. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část obsahuje literární rešerši problematiky. Praktická část zahrnuje popis fungování a vybavenosti jednotlivých rot Záchranného útvaru, analýzu personálního a materiálního zabezpečení jednotlivých rot a následné zhodnocení, návrhy a doporučení pro kvalitnější personální a materiální zabezpečení.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor thesis deals with the Rescue Department of the Fire and Rescue Service of the Czech Republic with a focus on the personnel and material equipment of individual rescue platoons and its operation. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part contains a literary research of the issue. The practical part includes a description of the functioning and equipment of individual platoons of the Rescue Department, an analysis of the provision of a sufficient number of personnel and amount of material of individual platoons and subsequent evaluation, proposals and recommendation of higher quality provision of personnel and material.
