Cílem této práce je provézt analýzu současného stavu systému motivace zaměstnanců Dětského centra Zlín a vypracovat návrhy ke zlepšení současného stavu motivace pracovníků organizace. Teoretická část práce stručně charakterizuje motivaci komplexně. Pojednává o metodách, hmotné a nehmotné složce motivace. V praktické části jsou čtenáři nejprve informováni o příspěvkové organizaci Dětské centrum Zlín. Následuje část seznamující s výsledky dotazníkového průzkumu, která více méně potvrzuje očekávané hypotézy. Výsledky jsou porovnány s předchozím průzkumem motivace zaměstnanců u soukromé společnosti The Source Network, s.r.o. Nakonec jsou zde definovány návrhy vedoucí ke zlepšení současného stavu motivace zaměstnanců DCZ. |

The main aim of this diploma project is to make an analyse among people working in Detske centrum Zlin, which would show, how many employees working there are satisfied and motivated in this organization. The theoretical part complexly characterizes motivation. It discusses about its whole process and about its actual situation. First of all, the practical part informs readers about the Detske centrum Zlin. Then it presents the results of research and brings out the project with some suggestions and recommendations regarding the subject - the better ways in the motivation process in order to improve the actual situation. Results are compared with the results from the previous research made in The Source Network, Ltd. |
