dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou elektronického oběhu faktur ve zdravotnickém zařízení. Jejím cílem je dle získaných poznatků z teoretické části vytvořit projekt přechodu tohoto zdravotnického zařízení od papírového oběhu faktur na systém elektronického oběhu faktur. Teoretická část práce je zaměřena na zpracování informací spojených se spisovou službou, oběhem dokladů nebo legislativními požadavky, stejně jako na zpracování informací o projektu a jeho řízení. Praktická část nejprve analyzuje současnou situaci oběhu faktur ve zdravotnických zařízeních v České republice a následně i konkrétně ve zkoumané nemocnici. Následně je vytvořen projekt, který je v závěru praktické části podroben časové, nákladové a rizikové analýze.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The diploma thesis deals with the issue of electronic circulation of invoices in a medical facility. According to the acquired knowledge from the theoretical part, the goal is to create a project of the transition of this medical facility from a paper circulation of invoices to a system of electronic circulation of invoices. The theoretical part of the thesis is focused on the processing of information related to the records management, circulation of documents or legislative requirements, as well as on the processing of information about the project and project management. The practical part first analyzes the current situation of the circulation of invoices in medical facilities in the Czech Republic and then specifically in the examined hospital. Subsequently, a project is created, which is subjected to time, cost and risk analysis at the end of the practical part.
