dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce analyzuje a hodnotí možnosti implementace řízení kontinuity činností do organizace. Možnosti implementace pro zachování kontinuity jsou zaměřeny na výrobní sektor jedné z divizí vybrané organizace. Analyzuje procesy vykonávané v tomto sektoru a poskytuje návrhy a strategie pro zajištění kontinuity. Diplomová práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. První teoretická část se zaměřuje na vytyčení pojmů, popisu organizace, teoretickými základy pro řízení kontinuity činnosti a normy u uplatňované v dané oblasti. Výstupem druhé praktické části je analýza současného stavu organizace, vytvoření plánu pro zachování kontinuity činnosti pro kritické procesy a implementace tohoto plánu do prostředí organizace.

dc.description.abstract-translated	Thesis analyzes and evaluates the possibilities of implementing business continuity management in the organization. The implementation options for maintaining continuity are focused on the production sector of one of the divisions of the selected organization. It analyzes the processes performed in this sector and provides proposals and strategies to ensure continuity. The thesis is divided into two parts. The first theoretical part focuses on the definition of concepts, description of the organization, theoretical foundations for business continuity management and standards applied in the field. The output of the second practical part is an analysis of the current state of the organization, the creation of a plan to maintain business continuity for critical processes and the implementation of this plan into the organization's environment.
