Tato diplomová práce s názvem "Řízení rizik procesu výroby ve vybrané organizaci" se záměrem identifikovat úroveň managementu rizik a je rozdělena do dvou hlavních částí. První z nich, teoretická, popisuje obecnou terminologii a zahrnuje představení použitých metod. Druhá část, praktická, ve stručnosti popisuje zkoumanou společnost a její zaměření výroby. Následně je provedena analýza současného stavu řízení rizik ve výrobě organizace. Získaná data byla použita pro zpracování aktualizované verze analýzy, a tím mohou přispět k efektivnějšímu řízení rizik. Na jejím základě je navržena nová struktura systému řízení rizik ve výrobě. |

This diploma thesis entitled "Risk management of the production process in a selected organization" with the intention of identifying the level of risk management and is divided into two main parts. The first of those, theoretical, describes general terminology and includes an introduction to the methods used. The second part, practical, briefly describes the examined company and its focus on production. Subsequently, an analysis of the current state of risk management in the production of the organization is performed. The obtained data were used to process an updated version of the analysis, and thus can contribute to more effective risk management. Based on it, a new structure of the risk management system in production is proposed. |
