dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce pojednává o analýze rizik a hrozeb při organizaci, pořádání a zabezpečení sportovní akce na stadionu. Za tímto účelem je popsána problematika v oblasti organizace pořádání a zabezpečení sportovní akce. Dále je provedena analýza rizik a hrozeb při konání fotbalového utkání na Městském fotbalovém stadionu Miroslava Valenty v Uherském Hradišti s využitím Ishikawa diagramu a metody PNH, je navrženo opatření ke zlepšení zabezpečení pořádaných akcí. Závěrečná doporučení lze aplikovat na podobné sportovní akce na stadionech.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor's thesis deals with the analysis of risks and threats in the organization and security of sports events at the stadium. The issue of organizing and securing a sports event is in this thesis described. A risk analysis is perfomed during the football match at the football stadium of Miroslav Valenta in Uherske Hradiste. The analysis is perfomed using Ishikawa diagram and the PNH method. Furthermore, measures are proposed to improve the security of events. The final recommendations can be applied to similar sporting events at the stadiums.
