dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práca sa zaoberá problematikou vzdelávania a rozvoja zamestnancov v spoločnosti. Cieľom práce je spracovať projekt na implementáciu mentoringu vo vybranej organizácii. Práca je rozdelená na dve časti - teoretickú a praktickú časť. Teoretická časť vysvetľuje pojmy z oblasti riadenia ľudských zdrojov a vzdelávania a rozvoja zamestnancov. Praktická časť práce obsahuje charakteristiku spoločnosti G.P.R., s.r.o. a analýzu súčasného stavu vzdelávania v tejto spoločnosti. Praktická časť je zakončená návrhom projektu na implementáciu mentoringu v spoločnosti G.P.R., s.r.o., ktorý je podrobený časovej, nákladovej a rizikovej analýze.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The thesis deals with the issue of learning and development of employees in the company. The aim of this thesis is to create a project of implementing a mentoring in a chosen organisation. The thesis is devided into two parts- theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part explains the concepts of human resource management and employee training and development. The practical part of the thesis contains the characteristics of the company G.P.R., s.r.o. and an analysis of current state of education in this company. The practical part ends with a project proposal for the implementation of mentoring in the company G.P.R., s.r.o., which is subjected to time, cost and risk analysis.
