Tato diplomová práce řeší projekt optimalizace systému skladování, kde se přihlíží na bezpečnost neboli ošetření logistických procesů za účelem zefektivnění a využití časového fondu vykonavatele daného procesu. Tato práce se skládá ze dvou částí, teoretické a praktické. Teoretická část pojednává o vymezení pojmů zabývajícími se logistikou, sklady, skladováním a řízením toků daného sortimentu. Praktická část začíná představením podniku, dále následuje popis současného systému skladování. Poté se zaměří na návrh změny skladování za přispění nového systému, kde představí nový projekt optimalizace systému skladování. |

This thesis addresses the project of optimization of the storage system taking into account security or treatment of logistical processes in order to streamline and use the time pool of the executor of the process. This work consists of two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part deals with the definition of terms dealing with logistics, warehouses, storage and management of the flows of a given range. The practical part starts with the introduction of the company, followet by an analysis of the current storage system. It will then focus on proposing a change to storage with the help of the new system, where it will present a new project to optimise the storage system. |
