dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zabývá zpracováním podnikatelského plánu o rozšíření stávající stomatologické firmy v Brně o novou zubní ordinaci. Diplomová práce se skládá z teoretické části, po které plynule následuje část praktická. V teoretické části jsou uvedeny zevrubné teoretické informace o založení podniku a náležitosti podnikatelského plánu. Dále teoretická část obsahuje informace o situaci zubního lékařství v České republice a s tím související legislativu. Praktická část analyzuje vnější a vnitřní prostředí pro vznik zubní ordinace s využitím PESTE analýzy, Porterovy analýzy pěti konkurenčních sil a SWOT analýzy. Informace uvedené v teoretické části a vykonané analýzy v praktické části byly použity pro sestavení podnikatelského plánu pro Projekt založení stomatologické ordinace v Brně.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The diploma thesis deals with working out a business plan for establising a new dental practice in Brno. The thesis consists of theoretical part which is followed by a practical part. The theoretical part consists of breath information about establishing a company and requirements of the business plan. Also this part contains information about state of dentistry in the Czech Republic and related legislation. The practical part analyzes an external and an internal environment for the establishment of a dental surgery via the PESTE analysis, Porter's analysis of the five competitive forces and SWOT analysis. Information described in the theoretical part and analysis in practical part were used to established a business plan for a Project of establishment a dental surgery.
