dc.description.abstract	Cílem diplomové práce je vytvoření prosperujícího projektu oční ordinace s optometrií v Olomouci. Teoretická část obsahuje informace potřebné pro rozhodnutí, jakou právní formu vybrat při zakládání ordinace. Dále popisuje nutné administrativní překážky před začátkem podnikání a nástroje vhodné pro posouzení projektu. Pomocí odborné literatury jsou zde shrnuty hlavní oblasti legislativy, managementu a marketingu. Výstupem praktické části práce je návrh projektu, který slouží jako podklad pro založení podnikání ve zdravotnictví. Navrhuje postup při zakládání tohoto typu podnikání a doporučuje na základě jakých informací vést vznik oční ordinace. Projekt je vytvořen na základě provedených analýz a jsou zde navrženy inovace, které jej odliší od stávajících podniků a vytvoří konkurenční výhodu. Pro úspěšné podnikatelské úsilí je vytvořena podrobná nákladová analýza.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This Diploma thesis focuses on project creation of Ophthalmic Practice Establishment with Optometry in Olomouc. Thesis is divided to theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part contains information needed to decide which legal form to choose while establishing this type of business. Furthemore this part describes conditions to be met while creating new business, administrative ones and those needed to be successful. Using professional literature, the main areas of management, marketing and legislation are summarized. The output of the practical part of the work is a project proposal, which serves as a basis for establishing a business in health care. Thesis proposes the procedure for starting this type of business and contains the information to manage the establishment of Ophthalmic practice. The project is based analysing environment and proposed innovations, which will differentiate it from existing companies and create competitive advantages. A detailed cost analysis is created for a successful business effort.
