dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce řeší problematiku skladového hospodářství. Cílem je vyhodnotit současný stav skladového hospodářství s ohledem na expedici směrem k zákazníkům v daném e-shopu s nábytkem, nalézt slabiny a navrhnout opatření k zajištění optimalizace skladového hospodářství spolu s dosažením nižších nákladů. Teoretická část se zabývá popisem poznatků z této oblasti, a to s důrazem na skladování a řízení zásob. Praktická část pojednává o skladovém hospodářství určitého e-shopu s nábytkem a jeho zásobách. Na závěr jsou navržena opatření konkrétně pro daný podnik.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The thesis addresses the issue of warehouse economy. The aim is to assess the current state of the warehouse economy with regard to the dispatch to customers in a given furniture e-shop, to find weaknesses and to propose measures to ensure optimisation of the warehouse economy together with the achievement of lower costs. The theoretical section deals with the description of knowledge from this area, with an emphasis on storage and stock management. The practical part deals with the warehouse management of a particular furniture e-shop and its stock. Finally, measures are proposed specifically for the company.
