dc.description.abstract	Předkládaná diplomová práce je věnována průnikovému pedagogickému tématu. V profesionalizaci učitelů se vyskytuje i jev, který je důležité zkoumat. Jde o odolnost neboli resilienci učitelů vůči různým změnám. Cílem diplomové práce bylo zjistit míru resilience u učitelů mateřských škol. Pro tyto účely byl využit dotazník CD-RISC 25 a tematické psaní učitelů mateřských škol. Výzkum byl realizován na vzorce 253 respondentů. Výzkumná data z dotazníku byla zpracována pomocí softwaru JASP, doplněna byla výpověďmi učitelů mateřských škol z jejich tematického psaní. V závěrečné části práce jsou zmíněny také limity a diskuze této práce.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The submitted thesis is dedicated to the breakthrough pedagogical topic. There is also a phenomenon in teacher professionalization that is important to research. It is the resilience of teachers to various changes. The aim of the thesis was to determine the degree of resilience of preschool teachers. The CD-RISC 25 questionnaire and thematic writing by kindergarten teachers were used for these purposes. The research was realized on the sample of 253 respondents. The research data from the questionnaire were processed using JASP software, then they were supplemented by statements from preschool teachers from their thematic writing.The final part of the thesis also mentions the limits and discussion of this thesis.
