dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se věnuje problematice (ne)využívání hospicové péče. Je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část se zabývá paliativní a hospicovou péčí a jejím dělením. Stručně se zabývá historií a poté samotnou sociální prací a sociální podporou pro nemocné i jejich rodinné příslušníky. Práce je zaměřena na identifikaci problematiky využívání hospicové péče. Cílem praktické části je zmapovat důvody (ne)využívání hospicové péče z pohledu terminálně nemocného nebo jeho rodiny. Tento průzkum byl realizován kvalitativní metodou formou polostrukturovaného rozhovoru.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of making use and non-making use of hospice care. It is divided into its theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part focuses on palliative and hospice care and its division. It consists of a brief history and then of the social work itself, including the social support for patients and their families. The work specializes in the identification of the issue of making use of hospice care. The practical part aims at reasons for using or non-using of the hospice care from the perspective of a terminally ill person or his/her family. This survey was conducted using a qualitative method in the form of semi-structured interviews.
