dc.description.abstract	Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá problematikou delirantných stavov alkoholovej etiológie na liečbu v traumatológii. Hlavným cieľom práce je zistiť dopad delíria tremens na liečbu a mobilizáciu pacientov v traumatologickej starostlivosti. Práca je rozdelená na dve časti - teoretickú a empirickú časť. Teoretická časť je rozdelená na dve hlavné kapitoly. Prvá kapitola opisuje problematiku alkoholizmu a jeho celkový dopad na človeka, ďalej problematiku intoxikácie alkoholom, otravu alkoholom, a tiež popisuje pojmy ako je craving, či harm reduction. Druhá kapitola je zameraná na problematiku delíria tremens, kde je bližšie opísaná jeho definícia, diagnostika, liečba, prognóza, prevencia a jeho možné komplikácie. Empirická časť je venovaná kvalitatívnemu výskumu designom kazuistiky, do ktorého bolo zapojených päť respondentov s abúzom alkoholu v anamnéze.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of delirious states of alcohol etiology and its effect on treatment in traumatology. The main goal of the thesis is to find the magnitude of impact of delirium on the patient's therapy and mobility. The thesis is divided into two parts - theoretical and empirical part. The theoretical part is divided into two main sections. The first section describes the issue of alcoholism and its effect on human as whole, then the issue of alcohol intoxication, alcohol poisoning and it also describes terms such as craving and harm reduction. The second section is focused on the issue of the delirium tremens, where is described its definition, diagnostics, therapy, prognosis, prevention and its possible complications. The empirical part is dedicated to qualitative research of casuistry design, in which five patients with alcohol abuse were involved.
