dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá stresem u exponovaných pozic. Teoretická část je zaměřena na podrobnějším seznámení se se stresem a tyto znalosti se dále využívají v praktické části. Bakalářská práce je zaměřena hlavně na pracovní stres, který zkoumá na vybraném vzorku 5 pracovníků strojírenské firmy. V praktické části jsou specifikovány jejich pozice ve firmě, co je stresuje, jak se u nich stres projevuje a v neposlední řadě, co by rádi změnili, aby se jejich stres zmírnil. Výstupem práce je vyhodnocení všech pracovníků, aby i zaměstnavatel věděl, jak na tom jsou jeho zaměstnanci s pracovním stresem.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor thesis is focused on the stress on the exposed positions. The theoretical part is focused on a more detailed acquaintance with stress and this knowledge is further used in the practical part. The bachelor's thesis is focused mainly on work stress, which examines a selected sample of 5 employees of an engineering company. The practical part specifies their position in the company, what stresses them, how stress manifests them and, last but not least, what they would like to change to alleviate their stress. The output of the work is the evaluation of all employees so that the employer knows how his employees are with work stress.
