Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje charakteristice onemocnění diabetes mellitus, příčinám jeho vzniku, příznakům onemocnění a léčbě. Dále se zaměřuje na výživové faktory a energetické potře-by dětí trpících onemocněním diabetes mellitus, potravinám s vhodným glykemickým indexem a správnému dennímu dávkování potravin. Krátce je přiblížena i historie této nemoci. |
