dc.description.abstract	Tato diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou spokojenosti zaměstnanců ČSSZ se stávajícím systémem vzdělávání a jejich požadavky na jeho obsah a formu. Na základě teoretických pramenů je formulována problematika oblasti vzdělávání ve veřejném sektoru včetně vymezení funkce ČSSZ v institucionálním systému sociálního zabezpečení ČR. V praktické části je popsán systém vzdělávání v ČSSZ, včetně způsobu jeho financování a za pomoci průzkumu u zaměstnanců je zhodnocena jejich spokojenost se současným systémem. Výsledkem této práce jsou navrhnutá doporučení a opatření pro zlepšení stávajícího systému vzdělávání a zhodnocení způsobu finančního zajištění systému.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	This thesis deals with the analysis of the contentment of the Czech Social Security Administration employees with the current system of education and their demands for its content and form. Problems of education in the public sector are explained on the basis of the theoretical sources and the function of the Czech Social Security Administration in the institutional system of the Czech Social Security is defined. The practical part describes the system of education within the Czech Social Security Administration and provides informa-tion about how it is financed. Employees were asked to evaluate the current system of education and the results of the research are described in the practical part as well. Some recommendations and measures are suggested in the conclusion to improve the current system of education and evaluate the means of financing.	en
