dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou nákladů a jejich řízením ve vybrané společnosti. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části, a to teoretickou a praktickou. Nejdříve je zpracována teoretická část, jejichž obsahem je vymezení základních pojmů týkající se oblasti nákladů a jejich řízení. Tyto nabyté poznatky jsou následně použity v praktické části. Ve druhé části bakalářské práce je na úvod představena analyzovaná společnost. Dále je provedena analýza nákladů s využitím horizontální a vertikální analýzy. Na základě těchto výsledků je provedeno rozdělení nákladů na fixní a variabilní část, analýza bodu zvratu či sestavení nákladových funkcí. Na závěr celé práce jsou návrhy a doporučení, jež mohou být pro analyzovanou společnost v budoucnu přínosem.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of the costs and their management in the selected company. The thesis is divided into two parts, a theoretical and practical one. Firstly, I worked out the theoretical part, the content of which is defining of the essential concepts related to the area of the costs and their management. This acquired knowledge is consequently fully utilized in the practical part. The other component of the bachelor thesis is aimed at introducing the analyzed company, being followed by presenting of the analysis of the costs implementing the methods of both horizontal and vertical analyses. Furthermore, based on these results, the division of the fixed and variable costs, the break-even point analysis or indicating cost functions were carried out. In the conclusion of the bachelor thesis I provide suggestions and recommendations which may well bring true beneficial aspects to the management of the analyzed company in the future.
