dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá finanční analýzou společnosti Dendera a.s. v letech 2014 - 2018. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část se zabývá vymezením pojmu finanční analýza a zdroji informací pro finanční analýzu, také charakterizuje metody, díky kterým můžeme zhodnotit zdraví společnosti. Praktická část popisuje společnost Dendera a.s., konkurenční společnost a odvětví. Následuje provedení finanční analýzy u těchto tří subjektů za pomoci uvedených ukazatelů a metod teoretické části. Závěrečná část bakalářské práce hodnotí finanční situaci společnosti Dendera a.s. a nastiňuje návrhy opatření vedoucí ke zlepšení situace v tomto podniku.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The Bachelor's thesis follows up the financial analysis of the Dendera a.s. company in years 2014 to 2018. The thesis is divided into two parts - the theoretical part and the empirical part. The theoretical part is about the term "financial analysis" and it also includes sources of information for the analysis and methods useful for the evaluation of the company's health. The empirical part describes the Dendera a.s. company, the competitive company and its industry. The next is the financial analysis of these three subjects with the use of the methods from the theoretical part. At the end of the thesis there is an evaluation of the Dendera a.s. company and its financial situation and also gives some advices how to improve the situation.
