Táto diplomová práca sa zaoberá hodnotením TH zamestnancov v spoločnosti Continental Matador, s.r.o. Cieľom diplomovej práce je zistiť súčasný stav hodnotenia zamestnancov v spoločnosti a navrhnúť kroky a opatrenia, ktoré môžu viesť k jeho zefektívneniu. Práca je rozdelená do troch častí. Prvá časť je teoretická, je zameraná na proces hodnotenia zamest-nancov, jeho formy a metódy. Ďalšia časť obsahuje profil spoločnosti Continental Matador, s.r.o. a analýzu súčasného hodnotenia v spoločnosti. V analýze som zistil aké formy hodno-tenia spoločnosť využíva a ich nedostatky. Nasleduje posledná časť - projekt. Obsahuje návrh sebahodnotiaceho formulára a kvalifikačnej matice. |

This master thesis deals with assessment of administrative employees in the company Continental Matador s.r.o. The goal of this paper work is to find out the present situation of employees assessment and suggest steps and recommendation which can lead to rise of effectiveness. The paper is divided into three parts. The first one is theoretical, it deals with performance management process, its forms and methods. The next part describes profile of company Matador Continental Ltd. and analysis present performance management process. The analysis shows which forms of performance management process company uses and its imperfections. The last part is project, which contains suggestion of self assessing form and qualification matrix. |
