dc.description.abstract	Předkládaná bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou a některými základními poznatky souvisejícími s profesí asistenta pedagoga a jeho spoluprací s učitelem na základní škole speciální. Teoretická část je rozdělena do tří kapitol. První kapitola je zaměřena na základní školu speciální a učitele. Druhá část charakterizuje asistenta pedagoga, jeho kvalifikační a osobnostní předpoklady a pracovní náplň. Třetí kapitola je zaměřena na vzájemnou spolupráci asistenta pedagoga a učitele. Empirická část práce je zpracována kvalitativní metodou pomocí rozhovorů s asistenty pedagoga a učiteli. Cílem výzkumného šetření je snaha zjistit, jakým způsobem může probíhat spolupráce asistenta pedagoga a učitele na základní škole speciální.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The presented bachelor thesis deals with the issue and some basic principles related to the profession of teaching assistant and his cooperation with a special primary school teacher. The theoretical part is divided into three chapters. The first chapter focuses on the soecial primary school and teachers. The second part portrays the teaching assistant, his qualification and personal attributes, and job description. The third chapter is focused on mutual cooperation between the teaching assistant and teacher. The empirical part of the work is processed by a qualitative method using interviews with teaching assistants and teachers. The research aims to find out, in which way the cooperation of a teaching assistant and a teacher at a special primary school can take place.
