dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se věnuje tématu školského zařízení domova mládeže (DM). Cílem práce je zmapovat, jak žáci ubytovaní v domově mládeže hodnotí vybrané charakteristiky DM, a zda se v tomto hodnocení vykáží odlišnosti mezi pohlavími. Práce je členěna do tří kapitol. Úvodní kapitola vymezuje základní charakteristiky domova mládeže jako školského zařízení. Kapitola druhá se nejprve zaměřuje na období adolescence a dále v teoretické rovině představuje vybrané faktory determinující kvalitu výchovně-vzdělávacího procesu v domově mládeže, konkrétně sociální klima, volnočasové aktivity a osobnost vychovatele. Obsahem třetí kapitoly je prezentace výsledků průzkumu provedeného dotazníkovým šetřením na souboru žáků ubytovaných v Domově mládeže Štěchovice Kroměříž. Závěr je vyhrazen souhrnu a interpretaci získaných výsledků.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor's thesis deals with the topic of the school facility of the Youth Home (DM). The aim of the work is to map how pupils accommodated in a youth home evaluate selected charal DM and whether differences between the sexes are shown in this evaluation. The work is divided into three chapters. The introductory chapter defines the basic characteristics of a youth home as a school facility. The second chapter first focuses on the period of adolescence and then on a theoretical level presents selected factors determining the quality of the educational process in the youth home, namely the social climate, leisure activities and the personality of the educator. The content of the third chapter is the presentation of the results of a survey conducted by a questionnaire survey of a group of pupils accommodated in the Štěchovice Kroměříž youth home. The conclusion is reserved for the summary and interpretation of the obtained results.
