dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou Vlivu výchovných stylů na mezigenerační učení. Teoretická část se věnuje vymezení rodiny, jejími funkcemi a prostředím rodiny. Dále popisuje výchovu, odměny a tresty, působení modelu ve výchově a výchovné styly. Poslední kapitola představuje mezigenerační učení jako reakce na společenské změny, setkávání generací a učení v rodině. V praktické části je popsán metodologický postup výzkumného šetření, které bylo realizováno na základě rozhovorů s jednotlivými členy rodin. Zabývá se způsoby, kterými dochází k mezigeneračnímu učení ve vícegeneračních rodinách a jaký vliv mohou mít výchovné styly na toto učení. V závěru práce je zhodnocení výzkumu a doporučení pro praxi.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor thesis concerns the influence of educational styles on intergenerational learning. The theoretical part focuses on the definition of the family, its functions and environment. Furthermore, it describes parenting, rewards and punishments, influence of role models and educational styles. The last chapter introduces intergenerational learning as a reaction to social changes, interaction among the generations and learning in the family. The practical part explains the methodological process of the research, which was conducted on the basis of an interview with particular members of the families. It considers how intergenerational learning is involved in multigenerational families and the influence of educational styles on this learning. At the end of the thesis there is an evaluation of the research and recommendations for practice.
