dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou a riziky vzniku syndromu vyhoření u vychovatelů v dětských domovech. V teoretické části se zaměřuje na definování pojmu syndrom vyhoření. Dále popisuje příčiny vzniku a symptomy tohoto syndromu. Také se zaměřuje na profesi vychovatel, děti a mladistvé, které spadají pod ústavní výchovu a na syndrom pomocníka. V poslední kapitole se zabývá prevencí a duševní hygienou. Praktická část je zaměřena na míru syndromu vyhoření u vychovatelů v dětských domovech pomocí dotazníkového šetření.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor thesis deals with burnout syndrome and risks of emergence in the profession of educators in children's homes. The theoretical part focuses on defining the term burnout syndrome. It also describes the causes and symptoms of this syndrome. It also focuses on the profession of educator, children and adolescents, which fall under institutional care and the helper syndrome. The last chapter deals with prevention and mental hygiene. The practical part is focused on the rate of burnout syndrome in educators in children's homes using a questionnaire survey.
