dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá loajalitou zaměstnanců v nebankovním sektoru. Teoretická část se zabývá loajalitou a vztahy s pojmem loajalita. Dále jsou v práci popsány termíny motivace, komunikace, kariérní růst, odměňování, zaměstnanecké výhody a výběr zaměstnanců. V praktické části jsou výsledky výzkumu. Cílem výzkumu bylo zjistit, zda jsou zaměstnanci loajální k zaměstnavateli.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor´s thesis deals with employee loyalty in the non-banking sector. The theoretical part deals with loyalty and relationship with the concept of loyalty. Furthermore, the work describes the conditions of motivation, communication, career growth, romeneration, em-ployee benefits and selsction of employees. The practical part presents the results of the research. The aim of the research eas to find out whether employees are loyal to the em-ployer.
