Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na motivaci v edukaci seniorů. Účelem této práce je analýza, jak motivace ovlivňuje vzdělávání seniorů. Teoretická část se zabývá ve třech kapitolách, stěžejními tématy, jako je stáří, vzdělávání seniorů a motivace. Praktická část je zaměřena na hodnocení motivace v edukaci seniorů. Pozornost je věnována možnostem vzdělávání seniorů v České republice. Kvantitativní výzkum je realizován pomocí dotazníkového šetření a zjišťuje, jak ovlivňuje motivace další vzdělávání seniorů, vzhledem k jejich pohlaví, věku, zkušenostem a zájmům a také, které možnosti vzdělávání dávají přednost. |

The bachelor thesis deals with motivation in senior education. The purpose of this work is to analyze how motivation affects the education of seniors. The theoretical part deals in free chapters with key topics such as old age, senior education and motivation. The practical part is focused on the evaluation of motivation in the education of seniors. The attention is paid to the possibilities of education of seniors in the Czech Republic. The quantitative research is carried out through questionnaire survey and it finds out how the motivation of further senior education affects them, regarding their gender, age, experience and interests, and also which educational options they prefer. |
