dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku vnímání šikany na pracovišti z pohledu zaměstnance. V teoretické části se věnuje vymezení základních pojmů souvisejících s mobbingem na pracovišti, popisu cílů a znaků mobbingu, dále popisu jeho jednotlivých fází. Zabývá se rovněž prevencí a řešením mobbingu. Kvantitativní výzkum realizovaný formou dotazníkového šetření přinesl zajímavá zjištění, která jsou zpracována v praktické části bakalářské práce.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor thesis is focused on the issue of perception of bullying in the workplace from the perspective of the employee. The theoretical part deals with the definition of basic concepts related to mobbing, the description of the goals and signs of mobbing, and also with the description of its particular stages. The thesis also deals with the prevention and solution of mobbing. A quantitative research carried out in the form of a questionnaire brought interesting findings, which are processed in the practical part of the thesis.
