dc.description.abstract	Bakalářské práce se zabývá problematikou informálního učení technickohospodářských pracovníků na pracovišti ve vybrané společnosti. Bakalářská práce má teoreticko-empirický charakter a obsahuje kvantitativně orientované výzkumné šetření. Hlavním cílem práce je prozkoumat informální učení technickohospodářských pracovníků na pracovišti ve vybrané společnosti a zjistit, jaké aktivity informálního učení používají pracovníci nejčastěji na pracovišti. Dalším cílem práce je prozkoumat, jaké faktory brání technickohospodářským pracovníkům k zapojení se do aktivit informálního učení na pracovišti a dále prozkoumat, které z vybraných osobnostních charakteristik působí nejvíce na motivaci k většímu zapojení technickohospodářských pracovníků do aktivit informálního učení na pracovišti.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of informal learning of white collar workers in the workplace in the selected company. The bachelor thesis has theoretical-empirical character and contains quantitatively oriented research. The main aim of the thesis is to explore informal learning of white collar workers in the workplace in the selected company and find out which informal learning activities are used by white collar workers most often in the workplace. Another goal of the thesis is to explore the factors that prevent white collar workers from engaging in informal learning activities in the workplace and further to determine which of the selected personality characteristics has the greatest effect on motivating them to engage in the informal learning activities in the workplace.
