Diplomová práca sa sústreďuje na projekt zavedenia nástroja na zlepšenie merania a riadenia výkonnosti, ktorým je Balanced Scorecard do firmy Old Herold s.r.o. V práci je predstavená súčasná ekonomická situácia podniku, ktorá bola vykonaná pomocou finančnej analýzy. Zároveň bola uskutočnená vo firme aj analýza vonkajšieho prostredia. Na základe súčasného stavu merania výkonnosti vo firme, zistených informácií z analýz a literárnej rešerši v teoretickej časti, bola navrhnutá implementácia nástroja Balanced Scorecard do firmy. Implementácia je postavená na tvorbe strategických cieľov, meradiel, cieľových hodnôt a strategických akcií pre všetky perspektívy BSC. V projektovej časti bolo okrem tvorby BSC vo firme vyhodnotené aj časové rozpätie implementácie, nákladnosť projektu či prínosy a riziká projektu. |

The master thesis outlines the project of introducing a tool to improve the measurement and management of company performance, which is Balanced Scorecard in the Old Herold, s.r.o. The thesis discusses the current economic situation of the company, which was subject to a financial analysis. At the same time, the company was subjected to analysis of the external environment. Based on the current measurement of company performance, the afore-mentioned analyses and obtained information from literature search in the theoretical part, implementation tool of Balanced Scorecard into the company is proposed. The implementation is based on creating strategic goals, measures, targets, and strategic actions for all BSC perspectives. The practical part consisted of evaluating BSC production in the company, the timeline of implementation, and project costs, risks, and benefits. |
