dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem projektu k založení domácí péče k plánované trans-formaci domova pro osoby se zdravotním postižením, jejíž oblast působení se bude nacházet ve Zlínském kraji ve městě Otrokovice a přilehlých obcích. Zde je plánováno poskytování zdravotní péče v přirozeném domácím prostředí individuálně specifickému typu klientů. Teoretická část přibližuje význam a potřebu domácí péče v neziskové organizaci a její možnosti financování. Marketingové analýzy jsou zaměřeny na poskytování služeb. V praktické části je provedena analýza pro zřízení domácí péče za pomoci PEST analýzy, Porterova modelu a SWOT analýzy. Projektová část se zabývá vlastním zřízením domácí péče, nákladovou analýzou, analýzou rizik a časovou analýzou.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The thesis deals with the design of a project of establishing home care to the planned transformation of a home for people with disabilities, whose area of operation will be in the Zlín region in the town of Otrokovice and adjacent municipalities. It is planned to provide individual health care in the natural home environment to specific type of clients. The theoretical part introduces the importance and need of home care in a non-profit or-ganization and its funding possibilities. Marketing analyses are focused on providing ser-vices. In the practical part, an analysis for the establishment of home care is performed using PEST analysis, Porter's model and SWOT analysis. The project part deals with the establishment of home care, cost analysis, risk analysis and time analysis.
