Diplomová práce se věnuje tématu založení centra respitní péče v České republice. Hlavním cílem je připravit projekt, který detailně popíše jednotlivé kroky vedoucí k následnému založení a provozu zařízení. V teoretické části jsou definovány sociální služ-by, historie respitní péče na území České republiky a Velké Británie a podrobný business plán, na základě kterého je zpracována část praktická. Praktická část se věnuje situační analýze a projektu centra respitní péče, který v sobě zahrnuje technicko-věcné vybavení, strategické plánování, personální zajištění, finanční a časový plán. Poslední kapitola je věnována analýze rizik projektu. V rámci diplomové práce je navržen projekt centra respitní péče, který by se v budoucnu mohl na území České republiky zrealizovat a tím rozšířit služby sociální péče o odlehčovací služby ve zcela nové podobě. |

The diploma thesis deals with the topic of establishing a respite care center in the Czech Republic. The main goal is to prepare a project that describes individual steps in detail leading to the establishment and operation of the facility. The theoretical part defines social services, the history of respite care in the Czech Republic and the United Kingdom, and a business plan based on which the practical part is processed. The practical part is devoted to situational analysis and the respite care center project which includes technical and material equipment, strategic planning, human resources, financial and time schedule. The last chapter is devoted to the analysis of project risks. Within the framework of the diploma thesis is designed a project of a respite care center which could be implemented in the Czech Republic in the future and thus would social care services expand with respite care in a completely new form. |
