Diplomová práce je zaměřena na přípravu projektu rozšíření Odborného léčebného ústavu Metylovice, p.o. o přístavbu obsahující kryokomoru, tělocvičnu, ordinace, solnou jeskyni a zrekonstruovaný bazén s whirpoolem a saunou. Teoretická část je zpracována na základě odborné literatury a popisuje podnikatelský záměr, management ve zdravotnictví, finanční plán a následnou péči v pediatrii v České republice. V praktické části byla popsána projektová dokumentace, finanční analýza zařízení, popis plánu přístavby kryokomory a dalšího plánovaného zařízení. |

The diploma thesis is focused on the project preparation of the Specialized Medical Institute Metylovice, a contributory organization expansion, its extension containing a cryochamber, gym, surgery, salt cave and a renovated swimming pool with whirlpool and sauna. The theoretical part is based on dealing with professional literature and describes the business plan, healthcare management, financial plan and aftercare in pediatrics in the Czech Republic. The practical part deels with the project documentation, financial analysis of the facility, description of the cryochamber extension plan and other planned facilities. |
