dc.description.abstract	Cílem diplomové práce je zvýšení výkonnosti vybrané společnosti s využitím projektu finanční akvizice. Teoretická část práce je zaměřena na problematiku výkonnosti podniku, kdy jsou popsány přístupy měření výkonnosti podniku. Dále je popsána problematika finanční analýzy jako konceptu zjišťující výkonnost podniku. Stěžejní částí je také popsání problematiky týkající se akvizic. Praktická část odhaluje trendy ve výkonnosti podniku s využitím klasických ukazatelů finanční analýzy. Hlavní účel praktické části spočívá v identifikaci a realizaci akviziční příležitosti, která má zajistit zvýšení výkonnosti podniku. S realizací akviziční příležitosti souvisí také posouzení přínosů, nákladů a rizik vyplývajících realizace akviziční příležitosti.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The aim of this diploma thesis is to increase the performance of a selected company by using a financial acquisition project. The theoretical part is focused on the issue of business performance, which also describes the approaches of measuring business performance. Furthermore, the issue of financial analysis is described as a concept for determining the performance of the company. The main part is the description of issues related to acquisitions. The practical part reveals trends in business performance with using classical indicators of the financial analysis. The main purpose of the practical part is to identify and implement an acquisition opportunity to increase the company's performance. The realization of the acquisition opportunity is also related with the assessment of the benefits, costs and risks resulting from the realization of the acquisition opportunity.
